Shanghai HuaDianYuan (SHDY) Information Technology Corporation is a Hi-Tech corporation registered in the prestigious ZhangJiang Hi-Tech Park, a national Hi-Tech industry development zone approved by Chinese government.
SHDY is a joint venture invested by China Huadian (China Electricity) Group and Hangzhou Huayuan Artificial Environment Engineering Corporation in 1999.It covers a wide range from the research and development on the software in the field of HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation ,Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) to e-commerce and network based software.
Supported by Tongji University, one of the famous universities in China (among the Top 10 in 1999), and the Energy Storage Air-conditioning Research Center of the Ministry of Electricity, SHDY has many experienced and skillful research and development (R&D) groups. The R&D groups are consisted of many excellent, skillful engineers with good education and a wide variety of engineering backgrounds.
In the R&D groups, 2 employee hold Doctoral degree, 3 hold Master's degree and the rest are all Bachelors, including one computer system analyst, two senior programmers and 3 programmers.
SHDY owns two research centers, the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) research center and the AI (Artificial Intelligence) research center,and 3 other sections.They are computer software section,network section and CAD (Computer Aided Design) section.The corresponding projects of all the research centers and sections are developing software related to the field of HVAC, construction and operation of Internet Website (including e-commerce), developing appliances used in the field of artificial intelligent control and building automation and so on.

1. HDY Psychrometric Analysis Master
The software can analyze many air treatment process in the engineering of HVAC, which is very useful to all of the HVAC engineers.
2. HDY Unit Converter
A software that the HVAC engineers can use to convert units between the different unit systems (SI, IP and the Engineering); it also can be used as an calculator.
3. HDY-CFD V1.0
A software used to help the engineers to select the most suitable air distribution solutions in the stage of project design. It can also analyze and simulate the airflow in the conditioned room, predict the air temperature and velocity distribution in the room.
4. A HVAC&R website--www.eastac.com
It is a large integrated website(both English and Chinese version) intend to provide information on the HVAC&R industry and the latest news on HVAC&R science and technology as well. Other services include information provided to the HVAC&R equipment manufactures and suppliers. It is the only HVAC&R website in the east China area.
5. HDY Ice Storage Air Conditioning Design Software (under development)

There are also some projects that are designed under the client's special demand such as the Internet and Intranet enterprise solution, Internet based remote control, CAD (Computer Aided Design) and MIS (Management Information System) and so on.

Chairman of Board: Xu Bo

Vice director general of the Mechanical Bureau of Ministry of Electricity, Vice General Manager of Huadian Group Ltd. Xu holds a Master Degree.

Vice Chairman of Board: Ye Shuiquan

President of Hangzhou Mechanical Design & Research Institute of the Ministry of Electricity. Ye hold a Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University. He is also a Senior Engineer and won many rewards such as the Contribution to the Progress of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electricity, The National Prestigious Youth in the field of HVAC&R and so on. Ye had published more than 20 papers in the past 3 years. He is also the co-author of the book "Principle, Design and Application of Thermal Storage Air-Conditioning Systems". He once worked as the HVAC&R plant engineer of more then 20 projects including Shanghai Jindu mansion.

Director & General Manager: Tan Liangcai

Tan received his Ph.D. degree from Tongji University because of his excellent research works in the area of Application of Artificial Intelligent control and computer in the field of HVAC in 1999. He is also a computer system analyst (Senior Engineer in Computer engineering), and has done a lot of research in those fields such as designing and developing of software and hardware, network integration, numeric analysis and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), Fuzzy Control and Artificial Neural Networks. Tan had published more than 20 papers and worked as a co-author of the book "Household Air Conditioner Design and Control". Tan received many rewards in the past 5 years such as Carrier Reward (3 times), Guang-fa Reward and Education Rewards from the Shanghai Construction and Decoration Group Ltd. and so on.
Tan is familiar with many operating systems and highly experienced in using many computer languages, and software as followed:
